- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or booking for any reason (e.g. incomplete information, unavailability, risk assessment) even after your booking request.
- The quoted prices apply only to the specific Goods and Services agreed; additional items or services may incur extra charges.
3. Services, Packing & Customer Responsibilities
- We will provide the Services agreed in the Quotation/Estimate. If packing is requested/required, either we or you may handle packing depending on agreement. Fragile or valuable items must be declared, packed properly, and labeled by you unless you use our packing service.
- Customer must provide an accurate Inventory of the Goods — including details about fragile, bulky, or valuable items.
- Customer agrees to remove personal valuables (e.g. jewelry, cash, sensitive documents) and keep them in own possession. The Company is not responsible for loss/damage of items if not properly declared or packed.
- Customer must ensure access to the premises at pickup and delivery. Any delays caused by Customer (e.g. restricted access, last-minute changes) may result in extra charges.
4. Payment, Fees & Charges
- All fees, charges, deposits, and payment methods will be detailed in the Quotation/Estimate.
- A deposit (if required) must be paid to confirm the booking. Balance payment must be made as per the agreed schedule (e.g. upon delivery).
- Additional services (packing, storage, special handling, waiting time, stairs/elevator use, long carry, etc.) may incur extra charges.
- If payment is not received as agreed, we may withhold delivery or suspend Services until payment is cleared.
5. Liability, Loss & Damage, Insurance
- While we take reasonable care, we are not liable for loss or damage to Goods that arise because of improper packing, packing by Customer, lack of declaration of fragile/valuable items, or negligence in that regard.
- For fragile, high-value, or delicate items, Customer is encouraged to request special packing or insurance. If such items are not declared or packed properly, Company’s liability is limited.
- Any claim for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within [X] days of delivery. Claims made after that period may be rejected.
- Our total liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value declared in the Inventory or a lesser amount as specified in the Quotation/Estimate, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellation & Changes Policy
- You may cancel or reschedule your booking by giving written notice at least [X] hours/days before the scheduled Service date.
- If cancellation is within [X] hours/days of the Service date (or after Services have started), we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee or retain the deposit.
- Changes to Goods list, Service date/time, or address after confirmation may incur additional charges.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform Services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, accidents, vehicle breakdown, labor disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and reschedule or reorganize Services.
